![]() Mustard RecipesTraditional Chinese Mustard Sauce1/4 cup
mustard flour (oriental blend) Mix the mustard flour with the water to make a thin sauce. You may vary the amount of water to change the texture to your liking. Let rest for twenty minutes. Stir in the sesame oil. Use this on egg rolls or cold roast pork. (This sinus-clearing sauce will lose its potency in about a day. Store in the refrigerator to keep it or make it again fresh.) |
