Mustardy Mushroom Salad (Irish Recipe)

1 lb. button mushrooms, cleaned & halved
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup cream or sour cream
2 TBS. Lakeshore Irish Mustard with Guinness
pinch sea salt
fresh chopped parsley & pinch paprika for garnish

Prepare mushrooms. Mix other ingredients and fold in mushrooms until coated. Chill & serve with parsley and paprika sprinkled over.
