Mustard Greens Pesto

2 bunches mustard greens
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. pine nuts
1 cup O Extra Virgin Olive Oil or other Olive Oil

salt & pepper

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Adjust seasoning and serve over fettucini.
