![]() Mustard RecipesRoasted Corned Beef Glazed with Horseradish Jam (Irish Recipe)Courtesy of the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum 5 pounds corned beef brisket Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Put corned beef into roasting pan. Cover with spices. Add water to 1 inch depth. Cover & roast 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables (and a little more water if too dry). Cover again & roast another hour. Remove cover. Increase oven temp to 350 degrees. Spread 1 cup CHOICE OF VERMONT HORSERADISH JAM over top of corned beef and continue to roast 45 minutes longer, uncovered. Serve corned beef with lots of mustard! |
