It's a traditional French compound butter and it's so easy. Soften a stick of unsalted butter and blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite mustard. Roll into a log, cover with plastic wrap and chill. Slice into pats and serve as you would any butter. This is terrific on grilled meats, fish, or steamed veggies; it is best with non-sweet mustards.
