Mustard Recipes

While mustard has long been the condiment of choice for pork, bratwurst, hot dogs, pretzels, and your favorite sandwich, mustard in its many varieties adds zest to a wide range of recipes.

At the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum, we have been collecting recipes that use mustard in delicious and intriguing ways. We have developed some of these ourselves and we have also adapted many from chefs and home cooks who have been gracious enough to share their creativity with us.

Over the years we have also picked up tips on using mustard in interesting ways. While these may not qualify as "recipes," they are certainly worth having handy in the kitchen. You will find these "tips" throughout our site.

Many of our recipes call for specific mustards. These are only suggestions, and you should feel free to substitute similar mustards from other makers. Don't hesitate to call a Confidential Condiment Counselor at 800-438-6878 if you have any questions or if you would like to place an order by phone.

If you have a great mustard recipe, please send it to [email protected].

Enjoy!
